Performance Objectives
This role is primarily focused on onboarding, implementation and training, with elements of consulting and advisory functions. The ideal candidate will leverage our analytics solutions and custom datasets to deliver insights and provide ongoing support to help clients make informed decisions.
Principal Consultants are strategic advisors to Enverus clients that have access to our state-of-the-art platforms. The ultimate focus of the PC is minimizing churn by engaging clients in meaningful ways. This team drives adoption and usage by proactively connecting with key champions within the client's organization to drive value and feedback on key product and technical insights.
The PC will facilitate Enverus solution integration within the customer's organization to enhance workflows, improve productivity, creating a long-term partnership with the organization. The PC will collaborate with the sales team to create a successful account strategy with tailored solutions and engagements that align with the customer's vision and organizational goals.

- Implementation and Onboarding: Guide clients through the implementation of our solutions, ensuring seamless integration into their environment and workflows.
- Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training on leveraging our solutions and offer technical support throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Pre-Sales Activities: When needed, facilitate demos showcasing the value and clear ROI of our solutions to potential and existing clients.
- Consulting and Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand and utilize deliverables and make strategic decisions.
- Strategy and Engagement: Assist and co-lead with sales team in strategic account pursuits - able to independently and comfortably present on data, analytics, and the underlying methodologies underpinning our energy intelligence in both an in-person or virtual setting.
- Project Management: Manage project execution, including scheduling and overseeing deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Product Improvement: Responsible for proactively providing feedback to internal teams and managing the successful resolution of client issues or queries, along with providing consistent, constructive, product feedback into development and product team (fixes, enhancements, etc.) and the "why" on necessity of enhancement
Competitive Candidate Profile
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of oil and gas supply chain management, including well costs and sourcing materials. Proven experience in operations or supply chain management within the oil and gas industry is highly desirable.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms, with Enverus PRISM and Enverus RFx being preferred, but not required.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Project Management: Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex projects from inception to completion.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client engagements effectively.
Physical Demands
- Able to sit for long periods, work on a computer with repetitive motions, and utilize devices typically found in an office environment.
- Able to safely lift up to 35 pounds at a time using safe lifting techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with another person.
