Job Title:

Principal, Account Manager

Job Description:

The Role:

Entegris is seeking a Principle OEM Account Manager / Program Leader to own endtoend execution and relationship management one of Entegris most strategic global OEM customers.

This role goes beyond traditional sales. It is best suited for a technically and commercially experienced leader who operates as an Account General Manager—balancing commercial objectives, operational execution, supply assurance, executive engagement, and identification of new growth opportunities. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of accountability for Entegris performance, credibility, and outcomes.

The customer values disciplined execution, transparency, and structured issue management. This role exists to deliver exactly that.

This role will be based remotely in the United States, with a slight preference toward the West Coast region.

What You'll Do:

  • Own end-to-end account execution across product platforms and global teams, including pricing, orders, and delivery commitments

  • Develop and execute an account growth plan, identifying whitespace opportunities across Entegris’ portfolio (cross-sell/upsell) and converting them into qualified pursuits

  • Translate demand signals (MRP, long-term forecasts, ramp requests) and customer priorities into clear internal plans, investment asks, and opportunity strategies

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for customer-facing commitments, performance, outcomes, and value expansion

  • Lead complex topics across supply, quality, and commercial areas—establishing cadence, ownership, and clear internal/external communication

  • Anticipate constraints and opportunities, align plans early, and drive sustainable improvements through business unit leadership to strengthen long-term performance

  • Own commercial frameworks (pricing execution, rebates, inventory management constructs) and build business cases/proposals that support profitable growth

  • Partner with Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Contracts to ensure disciplined commercial alignment and negotiation support for expansions and new pursuits

  • Lead cross-functional execution across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Service, Engineering, and Finance to deliver customer outcomes and growth initiatives

  • Represent Entegris in senior-level engagements with clear, data-driven narratives that align execution, value, and growth

  • Travel up to 25% of the time

What We Seek:

  • 8+ years of experience supporting Tier1 semiconductor OEMs

  • Demonstrated ownership of complex OEM accounts with global operations

  • Understanding of OEM buying models and PORdriven decision processes

  • Track record of leading crossfunctional teams through influence, and building/commercializing new opportunities within strategic accounts

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience operating as an Account GM, Program Leader, or senior OEM account manager

  • Background in semiconductor capital equipment, critical subsystems, or contaminationsensitive technologies

  • Prior exposure to Asiabased manufacturing / operations

  • Experience managing longcycle commercial agreements (rebates, supply assurances, consignment attachments)

  • Demonstrated consultative selling and pipeline development within complex technical environments

You Could Be a Great Fit If You Are:

  • Highly structured, steady, and accountability-driven

  • Comfortable communicating clear, timely messages and expectations

  • Skilled at converting complexity into executable plans

  • Willing to say, "I own this," and drive resolution end-to-end
