About the Role:

GoodRx is looking for a Pricing Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day functions related to price optimization and accounts management. This individual will coordinate cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution of business initiatives and pricing strategies.

Our goal is to ensure that our customers get the best and right price every time. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic problem solver who is intellectually curious, comfortable navigating through ambiguity, and has experience working with multiple sets of data and systems. They enjoy seeing how the little things they do contribute to the big picture, and thrive off of cross-functional collaboration!

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our analytics, product, and engineering teams to build, execute, and monitor business initiatives

  • Analyze and interpret multiple sources of data to identify pricing discrepancies

  • Monitor and track pricing optimization performance by using appropriate metrics and tools, identifying trends and areas of issue

  • Identify gaps and implement SOPs to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and strengthen process infrastructures

  • Take a systematic approach to trace ripple effects and anticipate potential downstream issues to drive operational decisions

  • Drive quality and timely implementation of business initiatives through project management, data analysis, and clear communication to ensure seamless execution

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years related experience

  • Proficiency with Excel

  • Experience extracting data using SQL and utilizing visualization tools such as Looker

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven team player with positive attitude who adapts easily to a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Analytical problem solver with a strong work ethic who can work independently and collaboratively

  • Experience at a tech driven company, and/or information systems or related field

  • Bonus points: Experience in retail pricing or pharmaceutical pricing

  • Preferred location: East Coast

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:

$95,000.00 - $142,000.00

New York Office:

$87,000.00 - $130,000.00

Santa Monica Office:

$79,000.00 - $118,000.00

Other Office Locations:

$71,000.00 - $106,000.00
