About the Role

We are looking for a high performer to join our fast-moving team as the Commercial Pricing Manager dedicated to our specialty pharmaceutical segment. This position is central to shaping our pricing strategy, improving margins, and ensuring competitiveness in a fast-moving pharmaceutical market. You’ll work closely with Purchasing, Sales, and Finance to build pricing programs that fuel growth and profitability.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s both analytical and strategic, comfortable owning high-stakes decisions, and working independently across teams.


What You'll Do

  • Price customer proposals - model the margin & capital efficiency profile of each prospective deal, in our fast-growing community provider segment
  • Develop & manage pricing strategies across our specialty portfolio at both the item and customer level
  • Support pricing strategy for new business & prospective customers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure alignment with industry shifts 
  • Partner with Finance to log customer utilization data and pricing data for analytics
  • Continuously enhance and improve our pricing modeling processes
  • Participate in the implementation of pricing models 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency of existing pricing programs

  • You independently manage complex projects and communicate effectively across teams
  • Pricing models are streamlined, measurable, and responsive to market dynamics


What You Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in pricing or profitability analysis
  • Pricing experience with the pharmaceutical industry preferred, but not required
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen
  • Skilled in Power BI, Access, and SQL for pricing analytics and reporting.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel and like systems specifically with advanced proficiency in lookup & referencing functions, pivot tables, and logical & conditional functions
  • Proven ability to identify market trends and translate them into actionable pricing strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • A strong desire to be part of a high-growth, energetic and collaborative team focused on building a winning business
