As a Pricing Director here at Honeywell, you will work closely with marketing and product management, engineering, field sales organization, key business partners, and the senior management team, to maximize the profitability of the business by systematically employing key pricing levers. You will analyze market drivers and competition to determine the price of new products. You will deliver financial impact by deploying best-in-class marketing tools and frameworks.
You will report directly to our Sr. Director Pricing and you’ll work out of our Richardson, Texas or Charlotte, NC locations on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company's financial success and competitive advantage in the market by effectively managing pricing models and initiatives. Your expertise in analyzing market trends and the competitive landscape will enable the organization to make informed pricing decisions and capitalize on opportunities.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and implement pricing strategies that align with the GBE business objectives and market conditions.
- Set list prices and discount structures, establishing and tracking key pricing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies.
- Monitor economic conditions and industry trends affecting pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management teams to ensure pricing strategies are effectively communicated and understood.
- Partner with finance to assess the financial impact of decisions and monitor profitability.
- Create pricing forecasts, develop the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and drive pricing results.
- Present pricing performance updates to leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 8+ years of work experience.
- Strong financial modeling skills as demonstrated by the ability to create pricing structures and P&L analysis with multiple scenarios.
- Demonstrated executive-level experience in data management, financial analysis, and IT/digital tools.
- Experience leading a global team with demonstrated results.
- Advanced capability with Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to derive insights from large/abstract data sets and summarize for executive consumption.
- Results-focused with a successful record of accomplishments through skilled use of influence, persuasion, negotiation, and problem resolution.
- Proactive in identifying issues and ownership to resolve them.
- Experience working with teams across multiple sites/time zones; ability to develop effective working relationships and highly responsive.
- Finance and analytics background is a plus.
