Buzz Integrations is searching for a motivated, talented, and innovative Pricing and Analytics Manager to help the growing Network/Analytics team in a role that supports and shapes the data strategies of our business. The position will concentrate on managing strategic opportunities for the organization that will influence our approach to competitive pricing and grow top-line revenue.  Central to this role is the execution of data governance processes to ensure data quality, close collaboration and coordination with IT to build data schemas that facilitate the efficiency and effectiveness of our analytics function.  Although you will be an individual contributor, you will provide expert mentorship and guidance to team members. 

A good fit for the role will be someone who has a firm grip on logic processing, statistical analysis and excellent communication skills. Accuracy in the expected deliverables/work products is paramount since key decisions will be made that impact profitability.  The Pricing Analyst will work with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive solutions to gain market presence and drive growth in both claims and revenue. The position will provide data insights to guide the executive team on key business decisions and planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track the competitive landscape of market pricing and identify opportunities to optimize the company’s position.
  • Provide solutions for pricing adjustments while analyzing potential impacts to member cost, revenue and market presence.
  • Assist with the maintenance and production of performance guarantees compliance and reconciliation for pharmacy contracts.
  • Become a resource for the network team to help communicate updates and department initiatives to other divisions within the organization.
  • Design and develop dashboard tools that will help identify and track key metrics that are monitored by various business units.
  • Assist in identifying solutions and answers to pricing inquiries.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, a related Science, or experience in the PBM industry
  • 3 + years of MAC management
  • Experience with contract interpretation and pharmacy reconciliation
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Snowflake and/or Excel
  • Experience with dashboard visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-function teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related Science
  • Experience working in R, Python, MATLAB or other machine learning languages
  • Experience with ETL jobs
  • Experience presenting to clients
