Total compensation ranges from $90,000 - $136,000, including a fixed annual salary of $85,000 - $125,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Presentation Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of narrative design—someone who can translate complex ideas into compelling visual stories that resonate with executive audiences, clients, and partners.

You’ll be a core part of Rokt’s brand design team, responsible for shaping the visual and narrative standard for how Rokt presents itself across pitch decks, executive presentations, and internal communications. You’ll combine a deep understanding of storytelling, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency with excellent craft and technical design skills.

At the core, we’re seeking a designer who understands that great presentations don’t just look good—they persuade, clarify, and connect emotionally.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality, on-brand presentations for sales, marketing, and executive communications
• Shape narrative flow and storytelling across decks, helping teams build clear and persuasive visual stories
• Serve as a brand guardian—ensuring consistency of typography, layout, tone, and design standards across all presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate how complex ideas are expressed visually
• Support a range of projects including pitch decks, internal and external keynotes, investor materials, and executive presentations
• Build and maintain presentation templates and visual systems in alignment with Rokt’s brand guidelines
• Explore and integrate AI and automation tools into presentation workflows to enhance efficiency and creativity
• Advocate for design excellence, attention to detail, and clarity of communication in every project

Requirements

About You:

• 1–3 years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance) or equivalent academic portfolio
• Proven ability to design for presentations (pitch decks, executive talks, event keynotes, or product storytelling)
• Strong skills in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); proficiency in Google Slides and online interactive presentation tools like Pitch  a plus
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, and composition
• Strong narrative thinking—you know how to structure a visual story for clarity and persuasion
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency across every slide and visual element
• A strong sense of brand systems and design guardianship
• Curiosity about AI and new creative tools to enhance storytelling and efficiency
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Motion graphics or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere, Jitter, or other tools) and storytelling or copywriting skills are a plus
