Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture:
- Analyze customer business and technical requirements to propose tailored IT solutions.
- Develop and present high-level architectures and detailed technical designs aligned to client goals.
- Ensure solutions align with customer objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Partner with sales teams to support discovery, solution positioning, and deal strategy.
- Deliver compelling solution presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor during the full pre-sales process.
- Maintain deep knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and related technologies.
- Stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and healthcare IT standards.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to share client feedback and solution insights.
- Prepare technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with internal capabilities and delivery models.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Build strong relationships with IT leaders, procurement teams, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions engineering, or IT consulting.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, and healthcare IT services.
- Experience responding to RFPs, designing solutions, and delivering technical presentations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions.
