The Pre-Sales Engineer provides technical consultation and support for Promethean's products, assisting sales teams with presentations, and ensuring successful customer implementations.
The Pre-Sales Engineer provides pre and post sales technical consultation, technical training and support on the integration/deployment of Promethean’s hardware and software product suite. The role assists the sales teams with high level pre-sales support, presentations, consultations and demonstrations. The FSE establishes relationships with customers and potential customers to support successful implementations of the Promethean solution.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales support to sales teams through highly technical presentations, demonstrations, and sales engagements for our corporate/higher ed customer base.
- Consult with corporate/higher ed customers and Promethean teams on solution planning/design, and all technical elements of the sales cycle.
- Provide ongoing technical support and technical consultation to Promethean corporate/higher ed customers and build long term relationships securing hardware, software, and service sales.
- Collaborate and interact with corporate/higher ed customers, sales team and extended Promethean teams on assigned accounts and provide a high level of technical pre and post-sales support.
- Support and educate corporate/higher ed customer base with Promethean implementations, technical trainings, solution integrations, and escalation needs.
- Provide/deliver technical/consultative training
- Test product and release builds to provide feedback for designated channels.
- Raise awareness in assigned accounts about the Promethean solution
Job Skills and Qualifications:
- 4 Year college degree preferred
- 5 Years experience in large network deployments
- Technical aptitude to demonstrate and explain new technologies to corporate customers/school districts.
- Experience with wireless infrastructure in Enterprise level deployments.
Base Range: $87,600 - $120,450 + Bonus Eligible
