Position Overview:

Headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, Fullbay is the number one cloud-based shop management software for commercial repair shops and is growing fast. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and help shape the next phase of growth for the company. As the Post Sales, Revenue Operations Analyst, you will support and optimize our revenue operations across post-sales functions, including renewals, collections, onboarding, and support. This critical role will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, delivering actionable insights, creating scalable reporting infrastructure, and driving operational efficiencies to support revenue retention and client services.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • This position requires the employee to perform work requiring advanced knowledge and skills in analyzing sales and other accounting data, regularly exercising discretion and judgment in determining what data to analyze and how the data should be analyzed, and providing recommendations to the Company based on the data analysis performed.   
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to track KPIs across renewals, upsells, downsells, churn, collections, onboarding, and support functions.
  • Partner with Chief Customer Officer and functional leaders to define key metrics, monitor performance, and deliver regular insights through regular business reviews.
  • Support post-sale operational implementation workflows—execute contract changes (e.g., end dates, downsells) in product systems, ensure accurate Salesforce object updates, and support short-term data cleanup to maintain CRM/system fidelity during customer lifecycle transitions.
  • Deliver insights that influence strategy, resource allocation, and process improvements in post-sales operations.
  • Support recurring revenue forecasting by modeling renewal pipelines, collections performance, and upsell trajectories; highlight systemic blockers and revenue leakage.
  • Analyze churn, retention, and expansion revenue trends to identify leading indicators, surface risks, and recommend actions to increase net revenue retention and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in workflows for onboarding, customer support, and billing operations.
  • Standardize data collection, naming conventions, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability across post-sales functions.
  • Act as a systems liaison with RevOps, Finance, and IT to ensure Salesforce, ChurnZero, Intercom, and other tooling reflect accurate, actionable, and structured data for CS needs.
  • Evaluate and implement tools or enhancements that support automation and scalability in data processes.
  • Adheres to all confidentiality and compliance regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales/CS Operations, or Business Analyst role with a post-sales focus.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Proficient in post sales systems & functionality, like Pendo, Zendesk, Gainsight. 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and understanding of data structures across customer lifecycle platforms.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and KPIs, with the ability to translate business needs into BI solutions.
  • Provide timely updates on project progress, changes, and any potential issues.
  • Establish timelines and milestones, and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Assess and manage project risks, ensuring proactive solutions are in place.
  • Experience with SaaS or subscription based business models, as well as PLG or e-commerce.

  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Type on a computer keyboard and look at a computer monitor, and operate a cell phone or a computer-based phone
