This role is responsible for leading key initiatives that support our Advisory Strategy programs. This includes efforts such as our Advisor Directed programs and our Personalized Unified Managed Account (P-UMA) program. It also supports a variety of related functions such as advisory tax management, advisor trading, billing, account maintenance, operational support platforms, and advisor vendor management.

In this role, you will:
- Support product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships
- Develop business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs
- Engage stakeholders, project and product managers, and Technology partners to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives
- Lead an Agile team(s), providing product direction, issue resolution with guidance from a more senior product manager
- Support the definition of project objectives, key results, and outcomes, as well as tracking and monitoring results
- Partner with Technology teams daily to refine requirements, clarify features, and oversee daily scrum meetings
- Participate in planning and strategy sessions, defining the roadmap for the next quarter and next six quarters ("Big Room Planning")
- Support overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex and diverse products and services
- Articulate product vision for assigned agile teams, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships
- 2+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ year of Wealth Management, or Brokerage experience, preferably investment related
- 2+ years of experience developing process, or system improvements
- Agile Experience (such as user story & feature writing experience / client discovery experience)
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements which may include workflows, journey maps, or business processes
- Experience articulating and capturing requisite data needed to determine measurable business impact (in the form of OKRs/KPIs) for the business area
- Investment Advisory business, product or platform experience
- Product/application testing experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work outside of regular business hours to support product development/delivery needs
