Position Summary :
Contributes to programs/projects specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Assesses the adoption risk associated with the change effort. Identifies, develops and executes strategies and supporting tactics to engage and influence all stakeholders to make needed behavioral changes. Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change. Responsible for tracking project milestones while developing, maintaining and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan. Experience with BAC Change and Project Management tools and processes. Responsible for Clarity and PCM updates and project documents. Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed from them. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- The PMO consultant will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating various documentation to ensure it adheres to the change management policy and standards.
- This involves gathering information, reviewing documentation, evaluating results, and following up with change practitioner to make adjustments and corrections when needed.
- The quality specialist will be trained on the standards and will be expected to follow a quality assurance script end to end. When defects or issues are identified, the quality specialist will work with the change practitioner to remediate.
- When not certain if documentation meets the standard, the quality specialist should escalate to a subject matter expert for decisioning.
- Ability to communicate across and up the organization. Must be able to work independently and is not afraid to reach out for assistance from a subject matter expert
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of job related experience required .
- Program Management support experience .
- Data quality and accuracy mindset
- Comfortable with a repeated process
- Challenging and escalating when not sure if documentation is in good order
- Good communication skills especially written
- Decisioning and escalation to appropriate subject matter expert when needed
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and cut off times (SLA’s)
- Time management skills
- Willingness to be flexible with schedule as escalation cases sometime require more focus
- Detail Oriented.
