Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and driven Business Analyst with a focus in Accounting and Finance to join our S/4HANA Transformation Program within the Customer to Cash (C2C) track. This position will work directly with the Product Management team. The Business Analyst will act as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and the project delivery team to define, document, and support the delivery of key features in alignment with Clients business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Financial Analyst supporting large-scale ERP implementations, ideally with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
- Strong accounting acumen with hands-on experience applying core principles such as accruals, journal entries, and financial reporting within an ERP environment.
- Familiarity with interdependencies across financial and operational modules (e.g., FI, SD, AR) in SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience working with finance and accounting stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across complex processes.
- Demonstrated experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, specifically in Customer to Cash process area, including order management, billing, and accounts receivable
- Strong familiarity with the SAFe Agile Framework, including working in Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Experience writing user stories, features, and acceptance criteria within tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate technical and process information effectively to business and IT stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience in similar industries (food service, hospitality, contract services) is a plus.
- Prior experience in software development.
Preferred
- SAFe certifications (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe PO/PM) are a plus.
- Prior experience in large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs.
