You will collaborate across teams, interacting with business and technology teams to help design, build and maintain innovative data integration and integration platform solutions.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Platform Strategy: Partner with architecture and engineering manager to build and own platform strategy. Help communicate strategy downward to align engineering squads.
- Platform Prioritization: Accountable for prioritization of task for enablement of roadmap.
- Roadmap: Partner with Architecture & Engineering Managers to design, build, own and maintain roadmap for the integration platforms.
- Platform Performance: Gathering customer feedback on how platform is performing.
- Innovation & Improvement: Partner with Engineering Manager and Architects to encourage opportunities for improvement across the platform.
- Ideas Evaluation: Defines the WHY, WHAT & WHEN the engineers build.
- Communication: Own important communication outward to customers, regarding the platform that could be impactful to business. Ex: Outages, release etc.
- Agile Delivery Signoff: Before any component of the platform is considered DONE, it must be reviewed and signed off both by the platform engineering manager and platform owner.
- Agile Ceremonies: Attend all agile ceremonies and provide feedback and guidance where needed.
- Platform Governance: Partner with engineering managers across teams to enforced platform guidelines and policies. Also partner with other platform owners and managers to continuously improve governance and change management around our platform services and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, CIS or related (or equivalent related work experience)
- 10 or more years of equivalent experience in relevant job or field of technology.
- 5 or more years of equivalent experience in an advanced role or technical capacity, leading teams directly or indirectly
- 5 or more years' experience directly responsible for guiding, training or onboarding team members in relevant technologies, capabilities or skills
- 1 to 3 years Tooling Experience: Kafka, MongoDB, MuleSoft, TIBCO, Databricks, DataDog, Jira, Confluence, Service Now, DataStage and/or Salesforce
- 2 to 5 years Technical Product Management Experience: Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering or other
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in relevant field of study, Additional trainings or certifications in relevant field of study
- 3 or more years' experience in Agile teams and Product/Platform based operating model.
- 3 or more years of experience in leading teams or advancing technical capability in teams.
- Experience in retail or grocery preferred
