Partners with operations and business leaders to monitor KPIs, improve financial performance, and ensure GAAP and company policy compliance.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly and year-end financial close and prepare financial statements.
- Manage journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and GL accuracy.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Analyze gross margin, EBITDA, working capital, and variances.
- Manage inventory costing, PPV, standard costing, and physical inventory.
- Oversee fixed assets, capital expenditures, and leases.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Leadership on financial performance.
- Track key KPIs including labor efficiency, productivity, inventory turns, and working capital.
- Support audits and tax activities.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
Qualifications
- Strong background in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manufacturing experience is required.
- Experience with inventory, cost accounting, and operational finance.
- Strong Excel/Office and ERP skills; Microsoft Business Central is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
