Job Summary The Services Proposal Ops Solution Advisor acts as a strategic partner to Sales and Services leadership, ensuring operational excellence and alignment across service delivery. This role supports the presales lifecycle of services engagements. The Advisor builds trusted relationships with stakeholders, resolves escalations, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes. What you'll do • Serve as a liaison between Services, Sales, and CDW clients to support service delivery • Consult with both the Sellers and Services teams on best practices to ensure that we achieve desired business outcomes • Review and approve Statements of Work (SOWs) for compliance and risk management • Resolve escalated customer service issues strategically and efficiently • Deliver actionable insights to Sales and Services based on data analysis • Develop trusted partnerships with Sales and Services • Participate in tool and process improvement initiatives • Communicate engagement methodology and best practices across teams • Support the vision, goals, and strategies of Services Operations What we expect of you • Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in Services Operations, Project Management, Risk Management or a related field OR • 5 years of experience in Services Operations, Project Management, Risk Management or a related field without a degree • Strong leadership and collaboration skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Ability to tailor communication to different audiences and influence effectively • Skill in turning data into actionable insights for leadership • Experience with Professional Services Automation tools (preferred) • Experience implementing process improvement projects (preferred) • Familiarity with Power BI and Excel dashboard creation (preferred) Pay range: $ 68,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and skill set Benefits overview: [https://cdw.benefit-info.com/](https://cdw.benefit-info.com/) Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials We make technology work so people can do great things.
