SUMMARY: 

The Regional Pharmacy Account Manager (AM) will provide organizational, administrative, and follow up support to the HUB Pharmacy Practice. The AM is primarily responsible for activities related to supporting the sales process, implementation, renewal, and ongoing management of clients and prospects as well as other HUB Pharmacy projects. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Work with the HUB Pharmacy Practice to manage, track, and update key activity metrics.  
  • Help prepare for finalist presentations and work with marketing to develop presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.   
  • Proactively track follow-up and ad-hoc items related to HUB Pharmacy deliverables.  
  • Responsible for managing projects, workload, and initiatives as determined by the HUB Pharmacy Practice.   
  • Participates in efforts to support standardization and to design and implement product and operational enhancements. 
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with clients, prospects, internal customers, and members of the HUB Pharmacy Practice.   
  • Communicates tactical up-to-date pharmacy business initiatives and solutions in a way that allows clients (under 1,000 lives) to understand the impacts to their strategy and their employees. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 3-5+ years’ experience minimum of relevant work experience (PBM, consulting firm, heath care or pharmacy preferred). 
  • Advanced knowledge of both current and emerging client-focused pharmacy solutions 
  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution preferred or equivalent work experience. 
  • Ability to work independently, accurately, and with a sense of urgency. 
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a remote, work from home, cross-functional environment, prioritize, and multi-task. 
  • Advanced MS Office Suite user (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). 
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentative skills and the ability/desire to work in a team environment. 
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment  

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: Negligible

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
