Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of client’s personal insurance needs, from information gathering, preparing applications and renewal marketing to policy administration.

  • Explain coverages and types of policies, suggest specific coverage enhancements, and resolve general customer inquiries.

  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, their representatives and insurance company personnel.

  • Accurately and efficiently maintain electronic client account records and electronic file documentation while processing rewrites, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals.

  • Participate as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Highschool or college degree 

  • Must be Licensed

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Upbeat attitude and strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AMS360 & Image Right preferable.
