A portfolio of work is required for consideration for this role, and it must contain paid Meta or TikTok ad samples.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with our Paid Social Creative Team to cut videos into high-performing ads.
  • Staying entrenched in day-to-day performance results, understanding the data, and converting those insights into creative iterations.
  • Keeping up-to-date on trends across social media platforms and proactively proposing opportunities to the team.
  • Strategically and proactively adding in video elements, formats, or styles to diversify content and increase performance metrics including ROAS and thumbstop 

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience
  • Experience in Adobe Premiere, with bonus points for experience in After Effects and the broader Adobe Creative Suite
  • Background in creating and working with high-quality user-generated content, and a portfolio to demonstrate those skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Highly collaborative, a self-starter, and low ego

Nice to Have:

  • Experience creating content for our demographic: parents of younger children
  • Experience working on paid social in a high-growth company or agency environment
  • General knowledge of Figma, Notion, Adobe Suite, and Google Suite

Benefits
  • Hours: 20 hours guaranteed with up to 40 hours per week.
  • Pay: $50/hr
