Design and execute performance test strategies and workload patterns, run load tests with HP Performance Center/JMeter, analyze APM data (Dynatrace/AppDynamics), troubleshoot heap/thread dumps, identify bottlenecks, lead optimization across network/database/appdev/servers, and coordinate reporting in Agile/DevOps environments.

- 4+ years of strong experience in developing Work Load Patterns, Estimations, Develop Performance Strategy and implement them.
- Strong expertise in load test tools - HP Performance Center, Jmeter APM tools like Dynatrace, App Dynamics Experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Performance trouble shooting (heap dump & thread dump analysis) is preferred.
- Ability to identify performance bottlenecks from issues – complement development team in speedy analysis/root cause of performance issues is preferred.
- Ability to lead performance optimization efforts with a strong command of complex performance issues and the ability to direct component owners (network, database, appdev, server OS/WAS, storage, etc.) is a plus
- Nice to have Mobile performance testing experience
- Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
- Should have Strong leadership skills
- Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodology, micro services, Angular js etc.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4+ years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering activities.
