Lead user acquisition for a gaming software platform by executing performance marketing strategies, managing campaigns across various channels, and analyzing data for optimizations.
We are a global DaaS ecosystem, and now we’re looking for a data-driven and agile Performance Marketing/UA Manager (Gaming) to lead user acquisition for our innovative gaming software platform (Game Launcher).
Your core mission will be to drive high-quality traffic, acquire users cost-effectively, and scale our presence in key international markets. You will be at the intersection of growth marketing, data analysis, and product, testing hypotheses with Product Managers and optimising campaigns for maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive user growth for our desktop game launcher.
- Manage e2e campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Reddit, Discord, and Twitch.
- Rapidly launch and test campaign hypotheses, creatives, and audience targeting to identify winning combinations for scaling.
- Work with CPA/CPI models, focusing on optimizing for key events like successful installations and user retention.
- Implement and analyze user event tracking, build conversion funnels, and continuously optimize the user journey to improve conversion rates and reduce churn.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to align marketing strategies with product goals and user propositions.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and report on KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROI, and user retention.
Requirements
Requirements (mandatory):
- Proven experience in Gaming performance marketing and organic user acquisition for B2C software.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok advertising. Experience with Telegram, Reddit, Discord, or Twitch is a significant plus.
- Track record in driving traffic and organic growth from Tier-1 geos (US, UK, Germany, France).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools for tracking and optimization.
- Experience with building and optimising campaigns on a CPA/CPI model.
- A proactive, "get things done" attitude with a positive and open communication style.
- High flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to market trends and platform algorithm changes.
- Ownership and autonomy. Leadership qualities and the ability to argue your point of view with data-driven reasoning.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with micro-/nano-influencer marketing within the gaming niche.
- Deep understanding of gamer psychology and trends within gaming communities (Minecraft experience is a huge advantage).
- Experience in collaborations with indie game developers and small studios.
- Experience in affiliate or arbitrage traffic.
