  • Strategy & Planning: Use your platform expertise to develop channel-specific strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, consumer behaviors, platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep campaigns fresh, effective, and compliant.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates. Use platform analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager) to analyze performance and identify trends.Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to brief in new ads and provide feedback based on performance data. Partner with lifecycle marketing, product, and other teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Bring outside-the-box thinking to campaign planning—exploring innovative content formats, unconventional media strategies, and bold creative angles to drive performance.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of digital media buying, tracking, analytics, attribution, and platform algorithms.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute data-informed strategies that drive measurable business results.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working cross-functionally.
