About the Role
Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for growing, testing, and optimizing doola’s ad campaign funnels on all paid ad channels. They will discover new paid opportunities through ad creatives, targeting, and keyword research to reduce CAC and scale up paid spend with positive ROAS.

Responsiblities

  • Achieve Maximum Efficiency and Profitability from Core Paid Channels
  • Scale and optimize Google Ads
  • Scale and optimize Meta Ads
  • Establish High-Volume, Sustainable Lead/Customer Acquisition Funnels
  • Increase lead generation from paid channels
  • Reduce overall paid CAC
  • Validate and Scale New Paid Growth Opportunities
  • Discover new paid channel opportunities

Skills and Qualifications

  • Expert with Google Ads platform
  • Expert with Meta Ads platform
  • Data driven and analytical
  • Experience in a B2B or e-commerce environment relevant to our industry.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio) to provide actionable insights.
  • Fluent or Native English speaker

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience managing ad spend and optimizing campaigns on additional paid channels such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter(X) and/or YouTube.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio) to provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with advanced analytics, including marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and Hyros.
