To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $117,000 - $152,750
Zone B: $105,300 - $137,475
Zone C: $97,200 - $126,900
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Responsibilities
We're hiring a Performance Marketing Operations Analyst to oversee ad campaign implementation and performance. In this role, you will:
- Execute advertising strategies across digital platforms without error
- Implement advanced targeting techniques across ad networks
- Troubleshoot platform and data issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Research API documentation from third-party vendors in the ad tech stack
- Report outcomes and present results to stakeholders, demonstrating advertising efforts' value and impact
- Research ambiguous questions to create actionable milestones for the ad tech roadmap
- Communicate technical problems clearly to help leadership and stakeholders make data-informed decisions
- Maintain interest in new technologies, trends, and regulatory changes in the digital ad ecosystem
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, media buying, or a related field
- Expertise in Google Tag Manager
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies critical to ad operations
- Proficiency in SQL as used in data extraction and reporting
- Experience solving complex technical problems
- Self-motivated, curious, and detail-oriented with a passion for problem solving and collaboration
Bonus Points:
- Experience with B2B advertising
- Experience with programmatic real-time bidding (RTB) ecosystems.
