The role:

    We’re looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Performance Marketing Manager to help scale and optimize our account-based and digital marketing programs. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience managing performance-focused campaigns in a B2B SaaS or technology environment who understands how to measure impact, optimize performance, and partner closely with Sales and Revenue teams.

    You’ll own campaign execution, reporting, optimization, and performance analysis across digital channels and ABM initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, operationally strong, comfortable working independently, and experienced using platforms like Salesforce and 6sense to drive measurable business outcomes.

    This is an individual contributor role for someone who enjoys owning programs end-to-end and making measurable impact through data, experimentation, and continuous optimization.

What you'll do:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing and ABM campaigns targeting key accounts and audiences
  • Partner closely with Sales and Revenue teams to align campaign execution with pipeline and revenue goals
  • Manage campaign reporting and performance analysis using Salesforce, 6sense, and related marketing technologies
  • Monitor campaign KPIs including engagement, conversion rates, pipeline influence, attribution, and ROI
  • Build and maintain scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards to support performance visibility and decision-making
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize targeting, messaging, channels, and spend allocation
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve campaign execution, monitoring, personalization, and measurement
  • Support demand generation initiatives across paid digital channels, nurture programs, and ABM strategies
  • Ensure operational excellence around campaign setup, tracking, attribution, and data quality
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, Content, Product Marketing, and Sales stakeholders
  • Stay current on performance marketing trends, digital technologies, and B2B demand generation best practices

What you bring:

  • Experience running digital marketing and ABM campaigns in a B2B SaaS or technology-focused environment
  • Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce and 6sense reporting, analytics, and campaign measurement
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, campaign KPIs, attribution, pipeline reporting, and ROI analysis
  • Experience managing and optimizing paid digital channels and account-based marketing programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales organizations and supporting revenue-focused initiatives
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing workflows, automation, and campaign optimization tools
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on execution and operational accuracy

It'd be great if you had:

  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity organizations
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and ABM orchestration tools
  • Experience with intent data platforms and account scoring methodologies
  • Knowledge of paid media strategy including LinkedIn, Google, display, and retargeting campaigns
  • Experience creating executive-level campaign performance reporting
  • Location in US EST timezone
