Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Social

As we expand our performance marketing team, we are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our user acquisition efforts across paid social channels for both web and app platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our digital marketing campaigns across channels, such as Meta, TikTok, X, Kwai and others. You will design and execute data-driven UA strategies, optimize performance funnels, and collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to deliver exceptional results in diverse international markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, and other paid social platforms for both web and app.
- Manage end-to-end campaign operations — from setup and budgeting to optimization — with a focus on hitting performance goals (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
- Continuously test and iterate on creatives, messaging, and audience strategies to maximize impact across social channels.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, BI, and product teams to launch and scale high-performing campaigns across diverse markets.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards, identifying actionable insights and growth opportunities.
- Run structured A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve funnel conversion at every stage.
- Stay on top of paid social trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with platform reps to gain access to betas, insights, and strategic support.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, with a strong focus on paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, and Twitter.
- -Proven ability to manage campaigns across both web and app, driving measurable impact on key metrics like CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and social performance tools; familiarity with AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence in interpreting data, building experiments, and scaling what works.
- Solid understanding of the broader digital marketing mix, including creative strategy, funnel optimisation, and cross-channel collaboration.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with close collaboration across creative, analytics, BI, and product teams.
