An instrumental part of GOAT Group, the Marketing team oversees a wide range of activities, which aim to build awareness, consideration and loyalty for our brands. As a member of this team, you will work to execute thoughtful, data-driven marketing campaigns that drive meaningful growth for the company.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to support the growth of GOAT Group’s user base through acquisition across various marketing channels. You'll play a supporting role in driving growth through Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok ads creation and campaign support. Scope of work inclusive, but not limited to GOAT, Flight Club, USA & International markets.

Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Intern, the ideal candidate is detail oriented, data-driven, and organized. This role plays a pivotal role in campaign builds, management, and creative reporting across core marketing channels.

Experience in Google, Meta, Snap and / or TikTok ad campaigns is strongly preferred / but not required.

This is a temporary position with an expected duration of up to 13 weeks, requiring up to 20 hours per week.

In this role, you will:

  • Support execution and optimization of Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok campaigns across GOAT and Flight Club.
  • Partner with the Performance Marketing to analyze campaign performance and surface insights on key metrics (e.g., ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR).
  • Monitor active campaigns and help with real-time performance optimizations.
  • Work with the creative team to support asset development for YouTube, incorporating performance feedback into iteration cycles.
  • Help prepare weekly reporting dashboards and summarize campaign results across Google & Social (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok) platforms.
  • Stay informed on platform updates, beta features, and industry best practices to help inform testing and strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align ad launches with product drops, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Experience with (or strong willingness to learn) platforms inclusive of Google Ads (Shopping, UAC, YouTube), Meta, Snapchat, TikTok.
  • Ads platform certifications preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to organize and analyze data.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in e-commerce, sneakers, or fashion is a plus.

The hiring range for this position is below, plus benefits (401K, paid time off, dental, medical, vision, disability, life insurance options).
