Performance Marketing Director
The Performance Marketing Director is a strategic, data-driven leader responsible for designing and executing a full-funnel digital acquisition and conversion strategy that drives new client growth in the financial services sector. This role oversees all paid digital channels—including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, CTV, and Retargeting—and leads end-to-end optimization of the digital funnel to improve account-opening completion rates and overall conversion performance. Leveraging deep expertise in digital advertising, analytics, customer behavior, and experimentation, this leader will architect high-impact marketing programs that deliver strong cost-of-acquisition results and measurable business growth. Beyond hands-on performance management, the Performance Marketing Director is accountable for crafting compelling strategic narratives and performance readouts for senior leadership, translating complex insights into actionable recommendations. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams across Web, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Compliance to ensure aligned go-to-market execution, exceptional customer experiences, and regulatory integrity. This leader must be highly innovative, proactive, and comfortable challenging the status quo—continually identifying opportunities to test, optimize, and scale new strategies that increase acquisition efficiency and accelerate growth in a highly competitive financial services environment.

  • Manages a high-performing acquisition team and agency partners, ensuring efficient resource allocation and continuous campaign optimization informed by data, competitive insights, and market trends.
