About this Role:

An Enterprise Performance Manager (“EPFM”) is responsible for retaining and growing client relationships with the nation's top Automotive Groups.  This role manages an assigned book of business which consists of one to several large Groups and engages with both corporate marketing teams and individual dealer contacts in some cases.

The nature of this role positions the EPFM as a primary point of contact that specializes in Dealer Inspire products and services and uses this knowledge and expertise to advise and build strategies with their assigned dealer partners.  This role resides within Dealer Inspire’s Major Accounts team focusing specifically on the top ~100 groups in the nation.

About You:

A successful Enterprise Performance Manager requires excellent communication and analytical skills, digital marketing experience, project management capabilities, and the ability to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Independent presentation ability on all things digital marketing, including social media, SEO, SEM, and analytics

  • Experience working with automotive dealer groups. 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience managing websites and/or digital marketing performance. (3+ years for internal Dealer Inspire PFM’s)

  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly (Roughly once a quarter)

  • Experience executing website updates on wordpress platform. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, retain, and build client relationships both at the store and corporate level

  • Present & discuss digital strategy on a regular cadence through weekly calls, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews

  • Educate clients on Dealer Inspire website and product capabilities

  • Work seamlessly with a wide range of different departments internally and externally.

  • Collaborate with teams throughout the greater Cars Commerce organization to help grow and retain a full suite of services   

  • Apply project management disciplines to fulfill customer needs across their entire portfolio of dealers 

  • Facilitate tasks to execute all products and services adopted by assigned customers through all internal systems and processes. 

  • Conduct Kickoff calls for products and services independently without a Supervisor.

  • Meet timelines and deadlines for all company initiatives, as well as meet all OEM program and product SLA’s. 

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills

  • Must be very organized, punctual, and detail-oriented

  • Fast learner & interested in new technologies

  • The ability to remain cool under pressure

  • Project Management experience

In this spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the compensation for this role. The range is expressed as total target compensation (base salary + variable). If you are hired at Cars Commerce, your total target compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills and/or experience. Total Target Compensation Range

$73,000.00-89,450.00
