Job Description Summary
The Performance Analyst will report to the Performance and Innovation Lead and play a pivotal role within the organization by overseeing the performance program and ensuring services within Account Management, IFM, Transactions, Portfolio Strategy, Lease Administration, and Project Management meet or surpass all Critical Performance Indicators (CPIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing performance data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and implement strategic plans for optimization. Their goal is to maintain high performance levels across all delivery metrics while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Performance Management: Actively manage the performance program on a day-to-day basis, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and interpret data related to the performance of commercial real estate properties and management operations.
- Performance Reviews: Proactively conduct regular performance reviews to pinpoint areas for improvement and develop strategic action plans accordingly.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on performance measurement and improvement methodologies.
- Program Coordination: Facilitate seamless coordination across Account and Client teams to ensure program success and alignment.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor, ensuring the continuity of operations.
- Performance Metrics Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, ensuring they align with established CPIs and KPIs.
- SOP Development: Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for program initiatives and new processes to standardize and improve efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze and interpret performance data and suggest operational improvements.
- Enabling Function Support: Provide support for enabling functions, such as HR, sourcing, finance, and technology, as needed.
- Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify operational concerns proactively and devise strategies to mitigate issues before they escalate.
- Innovation: Champion the identification and development of new technologies and methodologies to drive program advancement, fostering a culture of innovation within the organization.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include 3-5 years of relevant commercial real estate experience, particularly in developing, tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators.
- Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, along with experience using online software platforms for data analysis.
- Proven experience in performance analysis, preferably within the commercial real estate sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with SmartSheet, SharePoint, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to transform data into compelling narratives.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $70,805.00 - $83,300.00
