Hybrid Role: Onsite in Albany, NY or NYC.

Provide technical support for PeopleSoft HCM data conversion and development activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for all conversion related activities.

  • Provide technical support and assistance with data mapping exercise.

  • Participate in mock conversions and work on related tasks.

  • Perform data integrity verification of converted and migrated data.

  • Identify data to be cleansed during mock conversions.

  • Perform data conversion and migration testing (including application and reporting).

  • Perform data archival activities.

  • Perform testing of technical solution for data storage, including retrieval and display.

  • Translate requirements into technical design specifications.

  • Complete complex development and configuration tasks in accordance with standards.

  • Create unit test plans; develop and perform unit testing.

  • Support integration, performance, QA testing and break/fixes.

  • Perform tasks required for production cutover.

  • Provide research, analysis and development support for PeopleSoft applications.

Position Requirements:

  • Programming experience with data conversion, cleansing, mapping and integrity verification in PeopleSoft HCM (Core HR, Position Management, Base Benefits, eBenefits, Benefit Administration modules).

  • Experience using SQL against Oracle relational database for PeopleSoft tasks.

  • Experience developing customizations, reports, interfaces, programs in PeopleSoft with PeopleTools.

  • Programming experience using PeopleSoft Application Designer with PeopleTools 8.53 or higher.

  • Programming experience with PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2.

  • Minimum of one project leading a conversion team on PeopleTools 8.56 or above.

  • Experience with Unit, Integration, Regression, User Acceptance Testing and creating test scripts.

US Citizens or Green Card holders only; no 3rd parties.
