You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and the People team to make sure every interaction feels smooth, thoughtful, and delightful. From scheduling interviews and keeping candidates in the loop, to supporting onboarding and HR processes, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our people operations running seamlessly. If you have a service-oriented mentality, thrive on organization, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people—you’ll fit right in.

What you'll do

  • Be a friendly, professional, and reliable point of contact for candidates, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way
  • Maintain accurate records in HR systems and applicant tracking tools
  • Help new hires feel welcome by supporting onboarding and managing the onboarding calendar
  • Complete employee verifications and maintain employee files
Background we're looking for
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a related administrative role
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • 20 minute phone screen to talk through your background and interest in Thatch
  • 30 minute Zoom meeting with the hiring manager to dive deeper into your experience and the role
  • 30 minute Zoom meeting to meet 2-3 members of the team
  • 30 minute Zoom meeting with our founders to discuss your approach to culture and our operating principles
