As a People Partner at DailyPay, you'll be a strategic leader for our operations departments, acting as a mini-CPO for these teams. You'll be deeply embedded within the business, using your expertise to build strong relationships and influence leaders to champion our people programs, including everything from talent development and performance management. This role isn't about following a rigid playbook; it's about having the autonomy to design and drive impactful initiatives that matter to your groups.
Within the People team, agility is our superpower. To succeed, you'll need to be adaptable and comfortable in an environment that values continuous evolution, over structure and routine. You'll work with a wide range of client groups, with various leaders requiring various levels of support and coaching, so a varied background combining the BAU work of the HR function, alongside strategic growth initiatives - is essential.
