People Operations Intern

What can you expect?

Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations

  • Support key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding activities.
  • Partner with various stakeholders to support HR operational processes and deliver a positive employee experience.

HR Systems & People Analytics

  • Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and records while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics that help drive informed people decisions.
  • Support system enhancement initiatives, testing activities, and process automation projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted support partner by responding to employee inquiries and guiding employees on HR processes and policies.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
  • Support internal communications and help deliver meaningful employee experiences across the organization.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to continuously improve people programs and processes.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Support compliance-related activities by ensuring employee records and documentation are maintained according to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery within People Operations.
  • Participate in special projects that support the ongoing evolution of HR practices and employee experience initiatives.
