We’re hiring an exceptional People Ops Contractor to overhaul and optimize our HR and Recruiting systems. This is a high-impact operator role: get in, fix, and scale. Contract-based with potential to extend.

What You'll Do
  • Own HR & Policies: Review existing HR policies and Procedures to ensure Sully.ai is meeting best-in-class standards

  • Run Fast: Design Onboarding & Off-boarding processes that move 10x faster than legacy recruiting.

  • Optimize Systems: Build repeatable, scalable workflows across HR, Onboarding & Off-boarding, sourcing and scheduling.

  • 5 Star Candidate Experience: Design a 5 Star Candidate Experience to ensure that candidate's being valued and heard throughout the recruiting process.

  • Enable Excellence: Design World-Class programs, surveys, processes and more to unlock and bring out the best in Candidate's, Employee's and Hiring Teams.

What You Bring
  • 5+ Years of HR Expertise: Proven experience setting up, managing, and scaling HR Policies & Procedures at a rapid growth SaaS/AI Startup.

  • Operator DNA: You’ve built systems from scratch and fixed broken ones.

  • Entrepreneurial Edge: Founder, consultant, or someone who’s built and scaled outside of being an employee.

  • Execution Speed: Thrive in fast-moving environments, turning ambiguity into clarity and output.

  • 3+ Years of Compliance Experience: You understand the nuance's of what's required under a HIPAA compliant startup and have worked for startups in compliance heavy industries.
