As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to help increase access to banking for millions of people. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing our talent strategy, cultivating our company culture, and building scalable people systems that support our remote-first environment

Working directly with our founding team, you'll help shape the future of our organization as we continue our 2x year over year growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive talent strategy, including proactive outbound recruiting and campus partnerships
  • Build and lead our candidate experience from initial touchpoint through offer acceptance
  • Develop compelling employer branding that showcases Prelim's mission and value proposition to secure top talent
  • Create scalable onboarding systems that effectively integrate new team members into our culture and workflows
  • Design performance development frameworks that foster career growth and align with our business objectives
  • Establish company-wide learning initiatives across departments (product, compliance, engineering, security)
  • Partner with leadership to enhance recruiting strategies and interview effectiveness
  • Build and maintain knowledge infrastructure that supports long-term employee success and retention

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in candidate-facing interactions
  • Genuine passion for talent development and career growth facilitation
  • Self-directed leadership ability with a proactive approach to initiatives
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for making a significant impact in our fast-paced remote environment
