Cancer rates increase year after year, yet high-quality care is not universal. By automating and standardizing the treatment planning workflow, Radformation aims to create a system where any patient anywhere can receive the same high-quality care.

We strive daily to reduce cancer's global impact and help save more of the 10 million lives it claims each year. Our unwavering commitment is to deliver reliable, high-quality, automated solutions that allow clinics to standardized care for every single person in need.

Radformation specializes in Radiation Oncology Cancer treatment software. Our solutions will save cancer clinics time, eliminate planning errors, and enable them to design the optimal treatment for their patients.

Job Brief

At Radformation, we’re building the team behind technology that’s changing the future of cancer care — and we’re looking for a People & Talent Partner to help us do it. In this role, you’ll make a direct impact on both the candidate journey and the employee experience, helping us grow a team that’s collaborative, mission-driven, and built to last.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers to source top talent across our fast-growing SaaS organization, coordinate interviews, and create a thoughtful, high-touch experience from first conversations through offer. Beyond recruiting, you’ll drive onboarding programs that help new hires hit the ground running, craft internal communications that build connection, and contribute to People initiatives that scale with our growth.

This is a unique opportunity to build hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition and HR, while playing a key role in shaping the team and culture behind smarter, better cancer care.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview coordination through Lever, ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements and move candidates smoothly through each stage of the process.
  • Serve as a friendly, organized point of contact for candidates, keeping communication clear, timely, and personal.
  • Support onboarding logistics and help create memorable first days that set new hires up for success.
  • Assist with internal communications, engagement initiatives, and People programs that build connection and culture as we grow.
  • Coordinate and support employee engagement activities, such as internal surveys, team events, and recognition programs.
  • Help gather and track employee feedback to inform People initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Jump in on People team projects that make Radformation an even better place to work — from events to process improvements and beyond!

Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate processes, and meet deadlines across recruiting and people initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering clear, timely, and professional interactions to candidates, hiring managers, and employees.
  • Collaborative and relationship-driven, able to partner effectively across teams and contribute to a positive, engaging experience for candidates and employees alike.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a mindset focused on continuous improvement and scalable processes.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail in handling sensitive information, internal communications, and logistics.
  • Comfortable working with ATS platforms, HR systems, and communication tools (such as Google Workspace, Lever, and Lattice), with a willingness to quickly learn new systems.
  • Motivated to build foundational experience across Talent Acquisition and HR, with a commitment to supporting a strong, connected company culture.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR coordination, or People Operations roles, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer processes.
  • Exposure to onboarding, employee engagement, or internal communications initiatives is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (experience with Lever is a bonus) and comfort working with HR systems and tools.
  • Strong interest in building a career in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations within a mission-driven organization.

Preferred Experience:

  • Direct experience recruiting for the oncology, healthcare, and SaaS industries.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology and software solutions for radiation oncology.
