We are seeking a PEO Implementation Manager to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation for our Professional Employer Organization (PEO) clients. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of payroll processes, strong project management skills, and familiarity with PrismHR software. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless onboarding and payroll integration, driving an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for PEO services, with an emphasis on payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

  • Client Onboarding: Partner with clients to understand their payroll needs and customize solutions that align with their operational and compliance requirements.

  • PrismHR Expertise: Leverage PrismHR software to configure payroll settings, ensure data accuracy, and troubleshoot issues during the implementation phase.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with tax, legal, and operations teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and smooth software integration.

  • Data Migration: Oversee data collection, validation, and migration processes to transition client payroll information into Deel’s platform.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on payroll configurations and ensure accuracy before going live.

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to refining Deel’s PEO payroll implementation practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll implementation, ideally within a PEO or HR service environment.

  • 2+ years of experience in an implementation manager role, preferably within a PEO or similar environment

  • Strong working knowledge of PrismHR software with experience configuring and implementing payroll systems.

  • Familiarity with global payroll processes and PEO operations.

  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.

  • Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations, data compliance, and local labor laws.

  • Experience in client-facing roles, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with global payroll systems.

  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or related certifications.

  • Proficiency in other payroll or HR management systems.
