Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support PDS internal audit program, identify trends, risks, and areas of improvement. 

  • Assess bidding compliance to support the Audit Control Plan. Utilize information from trackers to ensure adherence to bidding policies and thresholds.

  • Evaluate quality of invoice and proposal data entered on trackers through PDS contract and financial compliance dashboard.  Report findings to client on a monthly basis.

  • Support Regional PDS Teams through monthly compliance checks and follow-ups.

  • Monitor and respond to process changes that impact business rules driving the Client GSA and supporting dashboards.

  • Monitor, track, and report on PDS tool adoption through testing and audit

  • Work with Business Intelligence team to execute change requests for process changes and improvements.

  • Partner with PDS COE on testing and improvement of quality controls

Skills and knowledge:
  • Knowledge of project management and audit methodology

  • Strong leadership and relationship building skills

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data

  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the org

  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service

PREFERRED
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field

  • Advanced degree a plus

Years of relevant experience

  • 3+ years of experience project management, risk, audit, compliance, or legal roles

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

75,250.00 – 77,400.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
