Our Newest Opportunity: 

This position works directly with newly acquired local offices and the corporate teams on the migration to the OneDigital Applied Epic instance. This position serves as a liaison between the local office, M&A, and P&C Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition to Applied Epic. (Applied Epic experience is required to be considered, CSR24, Indio, and Epic Quotes are highly desired).

This is not the same system as ‘EPIC’, Epic Systems EHR system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Maintain project plan for each agency and Training Assignment Smartsheet
  • Keep project team on task to meet deadlines and Applied’s schedule
  • Lead discovery conversations to identify areas (mapping, activities, workflows) that require further discussion or decisions. Communicate to Epic Core Team and bring in appropriate resources to reach a final decision.
  • Review and complete reports and worksheets received from Applied during migration, working with the local office to ensure all data fields are mapped properly into OneDigital Epic instance
  • Schedule and run meetings including, but not limited to, kick off call to begin the migration project for each new office, the “all team” meeting, data review meeting, and the weekly check ins
  • Attend regular M&A meetings with pre and post close agencies to ensure alignment on the Epic transition schedule
  • Act as liaison with Applied staff to help complete new agency paperwork and schedule agencies within the M&A program
  • Send regular communication to the local team (kick off call follow up for group training and data validation; data pull dates and information; data review workbooks; upcoming deadlines; monthly communication to agency teams; etc.)
  • Guide local offices through data review to ensure clean and accurate data flowing into the OneDigital Applied Epic instance
  • Review and report issues found during data review; work with Applied and the local office to resolve
  • Educate migrating team on differences between legacy AMS and OneDigital Applied Epic
  • Work with local team after Go Live on data quality and cleanup projects, including BPO partner as needed
  • Applied Epic support ticket assistance

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Ability to take “big picture” approach and enact change management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain detailed standard operating processes and document changes
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with others of all levels

Education, Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Applied Epic agency management system
  • Applied CSR24, Indio, and Epic Quotes experience required

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $65,000 to $75,000 per year 

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.  We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
