We’re growing fast and getting ready for our biggest event yet — PBExpo 2026. We're looking for a Trade Show Account Executive to help sell sponsorships, exhibit space, and advertising for our industry-leading aviation and tech conference.
This is a high-volume, goal-driven sales role. If you’re great on the phone, love closing deals, and want to be part of a fast-moving team, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Make 50+ cold calls per day to potential sponsors and exhibitors
Hit monthly sales goals for:
Sponsorships
Exhibit booths
Advertising packages
Create custom sales packages to meet client needs
Keep your sales pipeline updated in our CRM
Join Daily/weekly sales and planning meetings
Represent PBExpo at events as needed
Sales KPIs:
min 50 outbound calls per day
10-15 qualified meetings per week
Monthly revenue goal: $15K–$30K
Maintain detailed CRM activity
Add 20–30 new leads per week
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of B2B sales experience
Strong cold calling skills
Experience selling trade show, event sponsorships, advertisement.
Comfortable working remotely
Tech-savvy and quick learner
Confident, coachable, and great at closing
Excell Proficient,
Aviation industry knowledge is a bonus
