Opened in 2008, Four Seasons Hotel Macao has become a coveted destination for both business and leisure travelers who seek exceptional and personalized services. Its numerous awards and satisfied customers attest to its excellence. In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. About the role:

The Payroll Supervisor is responsible to maintain the hotel’s payroll system and ensure timely payment of wages and all government regulations and in accordance with Four Seasons Hotel’s policies and procedures.

What you will do

• Review, verify and process payroll data for preparation of salary

• Review reports from outside payroll service and bring any discrepancies to the attention of the Assistant Director of Finance

• Ensures the employee’s bank account information is correct before deposit to the employee’s bank account

• Prepares payroll & labor report to management for review

• Monitors payroll procedures and practices to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and established guidelines

• Maintain and file all payroll documentation

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, with experience in the hotel industry considered a plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule & Hours:

• 44 Hours weekly

• Work on shift
