Ready to make your career move? 

As a Payments Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a seamless credit card token transfer experience for customers in the implementation stage. As Payment Specialist, you will ensure clients successfully migrate from their previous merchant provider to FieldRoutes' payments services. Payments Specialists also work closely with the Data Manager to coordinate and execute credit card migrations and help uncover and enhance current procedures for an efficient credit card migration process in the implementation phase at FieldRoutes.

  

What you’ll do: 

  • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work closely and effectively with Implementation Specialists and the Engineering team Coach Implementation Specialists on best practices and tips & tricks 
  • Assist the Implementation Specialists by coordinating credit card transfers with the customer’s previous merchant and FieldRoutes payments services Assist the Implementation Specialists in a quicker turnaround import, efficiency, and quality of a credit card migration Assist the Data Manager in implementing systems that will help reach department goals efficiently and effectively establish relationships with merchant competitors to assist in efficient migrations 
  • Keep the customer up to date on the status of their credit card migration 
  • Set the right expectations to the customer and previous merchant on processes 
  • Ensure that any documentation, forms, information, and any other data are provided to our customers/previous merchants Troubleshoot data issues on credit card migrations 
  • Create and maintain documentation for new processes and procedures 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of work experience and education 
  • 3-4 years experience in payments or related field services software customer service 
  • At least 1+ year of project management experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong analytical capabilities for advanced problem-solving 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively 
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a focus on quality 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel 
  • Experience working with JIRA and Salesforce.com preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Quick learner and willing to be flexible

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $58,400 USD - $78,100 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
