Join our Payments Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team as a Business Manager, where you'll play a key role in formulating and executing growth strategies for JPM Payment Rails PSS and Treasury Services (TS) Commercialization. Collaborate with senior management and drive impactful initiatives to optimize performance and enhance market competitiveness.
As a Business Manager in the Payments F&BM team, you will support the Treasury Services organization by optimizing performance and identifying improvement opportunities. You will engage in strategy and analysis projects related to sales, product, commercialization, and innovation, working closely with senior management and related lines of business.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness and product offerings.
  • Create transparency and a fact base to articulate performance and advise on decision-making.
  • Develop presentations and executive materials to analyze performance and market opportunities.
  • Prepare business reviews and executive presentations for senior management.
  • Collaborate with Product and PSS Leads to drive strategic initiatives across Payments sales and products.
  • Work with TS Commercialization and Marketing on go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the business in internal and external working groups.
  • Create and deliver robust reporting to forecast performance and assess offerings.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and diagnose performance.
  • Drive efficiencies and automation using strategic data solutions like QlikSense and Tableau.
  • Support sales pipeline reporting and become a subject matter expert on reporting methodologies.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting or strategic finance in financial services.
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Analytics.
  • Demonstrated personal initiative and ability to set and achieve challenging goals.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets.
  • Strong executive storytelling and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage activities across workstreams while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience with other analytical tools beyond PowerPoint and Excel.
