Role Overview

The Partnerships Manager will own our strategic alliance program across gaming, esports, telco and brand ecosystems in Nigeria and wider Africa. You’ll identify, negotiate, and execute partnerships that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue for our gamers - focused social app, and for the company.



Objectives & Key Results ( OKRs)
  1. Objective: Expand strategic partner network in Nigeria & wider Africa

    • KR1: Sign 5 new high- value partnerships by end of Q4  2025 .

    • KR2: Build and maintain a pipeline of 20+ prospects , with weekly outreach reports .

  2. Objective: Drive measurable growth through partner activations

    • KR1: Generate 10 000+ new app installs via co- branded campaigns within 6 months .

    • KR2: Achieve 20% lift in DAU ( daily active users) attributable to partnership initiatives by Q4 2025 .

  3. Objective: Foster long- term partner engagement

    • KR1: Maintain a 90%+ partner retention rate year- on- year .

    • KR2: Implement quarterly business reviews with top 3 partners, tracking ROI metrics


Key Responsibilities

  • Market & Partner Research: Map and prioritize mobile gaming, esports bodies, telcos, device makers, influencers and community hubs in Nigeria/ Africa .

  • Outreach & Negotiation: Craft compelling partnership proposals; lead deal discussions to secure sponsorships, co- marketing and revenue- share agreements .

  • Activation & Project Management: Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Community teams to launch co- branded campaigns, in- app integrations and events .

  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs ( installs, engagement lift, partner- driven revenue), build dashboards and report outcomes to stakeholders .

  • Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact; conduct regular reviews, resolve issues and identify upsell or renewal opportunities .

  • Brand Representation: Represent Triads Entertainment  or her parent company  at industry events, gaming tournaments, and online forums .



Requirements
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience: 3– 5 years in partnerships, business development or marketing— ideally within gaming, tech or digital media.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.

  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of African mobile gaming and esports, with demonstrable CODM ecosystem insights.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder- management skills.

    • Data- driven mindset: setting measurable goals and analyzing ROI.

    • Strong project management and cross- functional collaboration ability.

  • Location & Travel: Based in Nigeria with ability to travel regionally (~ 20%) for events and partner meetings.




Benefits Compensation & Benefits
  • Junior Range: From ₦2.4   million/ year (~₦ 200 k/ month) in entry- level roles .

  • Senior/ Strategic: Up to ₦ 8.4 million/ year (~₦ 700 k/ month) for seasoned managers .

  • Variable Pay: Performance bonuses or commission on partnership- driven revenue.

  • Equity: Stock options for senior hires or performance milestones.

  • Perks: Internet/ data stipend, travel allowance for events, flexible work arrangements.
