We are looking for an experienced Partner Tech Lead / Architect to drive end-to-end technical delivery, oversee solution architecture, and ensure smooth execution of full stack projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure Pipelines, leadership skills to guide development teams, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders for successful solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the technical delivery of full stack projects, ensuring scalability, security, and best practices.
Architect solutions leveraging modern technologies and Azure DevOps ecosystem.
Design, configure, and manage Azure Pipelines for CI/CD automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, product owners) to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to the team.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments.
Engage with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
9+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in software development and delivery.
Proven track record as a Tech Lead / Architect in full stack solution delivery.
Hands-on expertise with Azure Pipelines and CI/CD automation.
Strong knowledge of modern full stack technologies (front-end, back-end, databases, APIs, cloud).
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
