About the Role
We’re looking for a highly collaborative, strategic Partnership Success Manager to lead the enablement and growth of our partner ecosystem. In this role, you’ll work closely with our service partners (MSPs, vCISOs, consultants) and ISV partners (software vendors) to drive joint success. That means onboarding and enabling partners, helping them win and retain customers, and identifying opportunities to grow together—through co-selling, co-marketing, and integrated solutions. You’ll be the connective tissue between Thoropass and its partners, acting as a trusted advisor and growth catalyst. If you’ve worked in partner-facing roles at high-growth SaaS companies and love rolling up your sleeves to build scalable programs that unlock mutual value, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Partner Enablement
- Ensure partners are trained, certified, and confident in representing Thoropass.
- Develop onboarding programs and repeatable playbooks that scale.
Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of partners and ISV partners
- Build strong, trusted relationships across partner organizations
Performance & Growth
- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support co-selling, integration, and co-marketing initiatives
- Track partner KPIs like revenue impact, engagement, and satisfaction
Strategic Collaboration
- Align and partner with Sales, Marketing, Product & CS on shared initiatives and goals
- Advocate for partner needs and bring insights back to the business
Issue Resolution
- Quickly address partner concerns and provide ongoing support
- Create feedback loops to continuously improve the partner experience
- Partner-sourced revenue and growth
- High partner satisfaction and engagement
- Timely onboarding and resolution of issues
- Scalable programs and repeatable playbooks
- Strategic initiatives launched (co-selling, campaigns, integrations)
- 4-6 years in Partner Success, Channel, or Strategic Partnerships (SaaS or B2B)
- Experience with service providers (e.g., MSPs, vCISOs) or ISVs
- Proven ability to drive revenue through partnerships
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple partner types and priorities
- Comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Bonus: Familiarity with compliance, audit, or cybersecurity
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $110-130k plus performance-based bonus
