What You’ll Do
The Partner Success Manager, Community Impact, plays a critical project manager role helping our valued customers achieve their strategic objectives and maximum value from their investment in FoundationCCC. Recently expanded partnerships aim to leverage FoundationCCC’s robust Finance, Operations, Workforce and Call Center infrastructure to deliver support services, including financial assistance to communities across California. The Partner Success Manager serves as the liaison between the customer and the Foundation ecosystem, streamlining partnerships with Community Impact, Equity, Business Operations, Finance, HR, and others. Ensures optimization and collaboration of Foundation business units to deliver outstanding service to clients, particularly for support services, call center, grant administration, payment distribution, technical assistance programs and more.
The Partner Success Manager will provide crucial project management to support projects including community outreach and awareness campaigns, call center and helpdesk, consumer assistance programs, case management, student training programs and more. The Partner Success Manager will be a pivotal player in streamlining operations and processes, and supporting high-quality service delivery across the Foundation’s Equity and Community Impact program portfolio.
Serve as the primary internal project manager for assigned partner success initiatives, managing project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, documentation, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate project-level communication with internal teams and partner contacts, ensuring timely follow-up, clear action items, accurate documentation, and alignment with established escalation protocols.
Develop credibility as a trusted liaison with internal and external partners and drive continued value of our services.

Practices ownership, takes accountability, and has the ability to manage own work, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality products on time with limited supervision.
Relevant BA/BS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both.
Minimum five (5) + years progressive experience in managing program/system implementation, or client/project management
Minimum of two (2) + years of experience in an education or nonprofit environment preferred.

Budgeted Annual Salary Pay Range:
$90,000.00 - $95,000.00Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
