The Role

The Partner Success Associate is responsible for owning full-cycle sales on a named prospect list. This role supports user-level usage of TheGuarantors products by proactively training and supporting leasing teams.

The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of experience in a sales, training, or customer success role and will be expected to drive high utilization of TheGuarantors tools in concert with Account Management.

What You’ll Do
  • Service and support existing and new contracted clients.
  • Meet or exceed quota on a specific named book of clients by maintaining consistent engagement efforts in line with service expectations. 
  • Lead virtual or in-person training sessions, proactively engage low-utilization users, and drive the daily success of our B2B2C funnel.
  • Monitor our B2C referral pipeline and support B2B clients as their residents consider our services.
  • Consistently collect customer feedback on product, process, and pricing changes.
  • Execute day-to-day responsibilities related to managing, adjusting, and expanding existing business with accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
  • Analyze, review, or maintain client performance and feedback data to support business needs.
  • Partner with Account Management and the broader GTM team to support high program usage.
  • Communicate updates, risks, blockers, and recommendations clearly and proactively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve training materials, client communication, and user engagement strategy.
  • Use data, judgment, and business context to inform decisions and recommendations.
  • Manage assigned work independently and follow through on commitments, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other role-related responsibilities as assigned and aligned with business needs.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience with Hubspot (or a similar CRM), Google Suite, Excel, LinkedIn SalesNav,  Zoom (or similar video conferencing tools) is required.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and selling through a structured sales methodology like Challenger, with the ability to apply that framework dynamically in new contexts.
  • Proven ability to manage client-facing relationships, deliver training and account management initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Partner Success, Customer Success, and Marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, English Literature, Communications, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a regulated, client-facing environment.
  • Experience using Power BI, ZoomInfo, Monday.com, Enable.Us (or similar data room tools), Gong, and ALN.
  • Exposure to the commercial multifamily real estate industry, proptech, or insurance.
  • Prior experience in the commercial multifamily real estate industry, consumer credit, lending, or B2B SaaS.
  • 2+ years of experience in the multifamily industry

Base Salary

The base salary range is between $65,000 - $75,000 annually (with OTE at $125,000 - $165,000 first year)

Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
