As a Partners' Maître d' within our Amenity Services you will be the welcoming face to JPMC's Senior Leaders, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. This position will play a crucial role in maintaining the ambience and efficiency of the front-of-house operations, coordinating with the culinary and dining teams to deliver outstanding hospitality. The ability to handle inquiries and accommodate special requests will greatly contribute to our reputation of excellence.

Job Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the culinary and dining teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Confirm daily menus and food labels are accurate.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and waiting areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with grace and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with the management team to accommodate special requests and VIP guests.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of special events.
- Uphold the Amenity Services' standards of excellence in customer service and hospitality
Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends or holidays as required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Additional hospitality training is a plus.
